Each time a referral from your link successfully closes a study with us, you’ll earn:

  • 10% - Cost Segregation Studies

  • 5% - R&D Tax Credit Studies

  • 5% - 179D Studies

Tracking and Payment

Commissions are paid 5 days after the study is completed, which typically takes 2–6 weeks depending on timing and tax season volume.

You’ll have access to your own Affiliate Portal to track leads, monitor progress, and view commissions for each closed client.

Upgrade Path:

Partners who send a rolling average of 15+ qualified, closed referrals per quarter become eligible for a custom co-branded landing page.
